Welcome. I'm glad you made it here.

Work, relationships, parenting, caregiving - it can be a lot to manage sometimes. As your therapist, I will offer you a place where it is OK to not be OK, where you will receive care without judgement, and where you can learn, explore, experiment, and be understood. Together, we will work through the things that are troubling you, and help you feel more fulfilled and able to carry on.
